Jan Mašek

Jan Mašek chose to use innovation as his tool to grow courage in both business and national pride, as well as cultivate a better society as a whole. He worked at the company 3M as an innovation leader. He has used his work experience to inspire others, to think outside the box and connect seemingly unconnectable things, to talk more openly about taboos and to create a better social environment. He managed these achievements thanks to having enormous leeway to try new ideas . He currently continues down the same path of constantly pushing for new innovation. There are many things that help him to carry on in business – new innovation techniques, a sense of shared values with other people, tenacity, a sense of humor and, last but not  least, his family.
