Andrzej Kozłowski holds a PhD from the University of Łódź and attatined a scholarship from the Erasmus programme at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. He is an expert and research fellow at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and the Amicus Europae Foundation. He has interned at the Hague Center for Strategic Studies, the Polish Institute for International Affairs (PISM), the National Security Bureau, the European Parliament, the Polish Embassy to Netherlands in the Hague as well as the European Institute in Łódź. He is an editor at Cyberdefence 24.pl.
