JUDr. Ing. Lenka Dupáková, Ph.D. is a Deputy Minister of Finance for International Relations and Financial Regulation

Lenka Dupakova graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague and from the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics. She also studied at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. She came to the Ministry of Finance from a large domestic bank where she was dealing with the restructuring of international companies. Previously she worked at an international law firm in the field of banking and financial transactions. Since 2010 she has lectured at the Law Faculty of the Charles University. She is in charge of preparation of new legal standards in the field of insurance, banking and consumer protection, as well as the harmonization of European financial directives with the Czech legislation.
